Lily's First Day at the Beach!
Still working on video
Lily had a great time at the beach on Memorial Day! My mom and Hunter took us out to Onslow Beach for a few hours! I bought a little tent at the C-store there. Best 14 bucks I've spent in a while! She played in there with some of her toys for a while before she tried to venture out on her own and discovered sand for the first time! She ate it and loved it too! Then she drank a ton of water from her sippy cup before continuing her adventure! We took her down to the water a few times. She splashed and laughed and never cried! My mom says she's a lot like me in that sense! I was fearless as a child! So that made me happy and instantly terrified at the same time!
All-in-all it was a great day! She was a great baby as usual! She handled the whole new experience like a pro and I'm hoping to go more often once I get a new bathing suit! Yes, that's me in the bikini, on the beach, 9 months after giving birth! I am both proud and embarrassed! But I did it:)
Again, the pictures were taken with my new point and shoot!

Lily's First Time in the Baby Pool!
Still working on video!
I had to buy a little baby pool for Rocco. He l.o.v.e.s. to be outside alll day long. Well, that can get hot! So what does he do to cool off!? He jumps in my mom's pond and submerges everything except his eyes and nose like a cROCCOdile:P So to help with that situation I bought the pool and they fenced in the pond!
So since there's a baby pool out back and I have a baby... I decided to put her in it the other day! Her Aunt Kelly bought her the precious pink polka dotted bikini that she is wearing in the pictures!
She loved the pool. She was really fussy before hand but hushed up as soon as we put her in! I had to run to the post office so Dad and Hunter played with her most of the time. But I managed to get some pictures and video of her before I left! These are with the new Canon Power Shot 1200 I just bought! They aren't the best ever but I love that I have a little camera that I can take everywhere with me and not really have to worry about!

OoOoops! [Lily Pictures- 32 Weeks]
I guess 32 weeks is where I started trying to catch up on some pictures and I left out a spot in the blog for it's own week's worth of pictures! And that is too bad because these are some of my favorite pictures I have of Thomas and Lily together! I took these in the field out behind our house while we were outside playing with the dogs on a nice April evening! These pictures capture sooo much of how their realationship really is! It makes me miss Thomas so much!
