Our little baby is getting sooo big!! She is growing up so fast and it is such a wonderful experience!!! Just to see this little girl's eyes light up with her smile makes every new day worth waking up for! She really is the love of our lives!
I spent a few hours the other day reading through my old posts on this blog and my first blog from when we were trying to get pregnant. To see where we started from and to go through the process of getting pregnant, being pregnant and now raising this gorgeous little girl was really special and I'm so thankful to all of you for following along with me and I love that Lily will have this to look back on one day!!
Anyways... back to Lily girl!! We came to Florida with Thomas for his 3 week UAV training!! We left Friday morning after dropping our puppies off in jacksonville with my parents. Lily pretty much slept the whole trip! We stopped like 3 times to eat and feed her and she was such a trooper! Thomas has class 7 days a week so we won't get to spend too much time with him, but I figured even just getting to spend time together at night is better than him going 3 whole weeks without seeing the baby! The hotel room has a king size bed, a fridge and a microwave so it's working pretty good for us. There isn't much to do with a 8 week old around here, we're on a really busy street and right on the beach so we've gone for a few walks but that's about it!! We just wait for Daddy to get home and then go out to dinner with him!
She is awake most of the day now and takes one or two naps and is pretty much sleeping through the night! It really is a lot to keep her entertained all day now since she doesn't really interact with me but when she does it is so sweet!! And she is out of all of her newborn clothes and is in 0-3 month clothes now!
I don't think there is too much more to report on this week and she just woke up from a nap and Thomas is home so I need to get ready for dinner and then feed her again! Thanks for checking in on her! Have a great week:)
